Terms of Use

1. Eligibility & Authority

You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must review and accept them where required. If you use the Game for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The Game

DOMINARCH™ is an offline, deterministic, single-player sovereign-state simulation set around 2026. Features, content, system requirements, platforms, prices, and availability may change. No specific feature, update schedule, save compatibility period, or continued distribution channel is guaranteed.

3. Acceptable Use

You must use the Game and official channels lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
• Upload malware, harmful code, unlawful content, or material designed to compromise a device, service, repository, or user.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, or publish another person’s private information.
• Probe, overload, disrupt, bypass, or misuse an official MTG Softworks service or support channel.
• Resell, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit protected Game content except as expressly permitted in writing or by mandatory law.
• Present unofficial content, modifications, services, or statements as official MTG Softworks material.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Use

The Game and original content are owned by MTG Softworks or licensed to it. DOMINARCH™ and the DOMINARCH™ emblem are trademarks of MTG Softworks. These Terms do not grant a right to use MTG Softworks names, logos, trade dress, or marks in a company name, domain, product, advertising, merchandise, or endorsement claim.

Factual references, reviews, criticism, news reporting, and other uses protected by applicable law remain permitted. Do not remove legal or attribution notices.

5. Purchases, Stores & Refunds

The selected Google Play model is a free demo with a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase granting access to the full version. The free demo offers eight playable countries (Türkiye, Germany, France, Poland, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Egypt and Brazil), one save slot, and a campaign that ends on 31 December 2026 (8,760 engine hours, 365 campaign days). A verified purchase removes these limits in the current simulation: every country becomes playable, additional save slots are available and the campaign continues past that date. Google Play sets the regional price and availability. After successful Play verification and acknowledgement, the entitlement may be used offline on that device; restore checks the purchasing Play account. No future expansion is promised by this purchase. Google Play refund processes and mandatory consumer rights remain available.

6. Feedback & Submissions

You retain rights in original submissions. Voluntary product suggestions may be used without payment to evaluate and improve the Game. This does not authorize public disclosure of support messages, personal data or attachments, and does not waive privacy rights or non-transferable moral rights. Any broader copyright license must be agreed separately.

7. Enforcement & Termination

MTG Softworks may remove content from official channels, restrict support access, or terminate permissions when reasonably necessary to address a breach, security risk, unlawful conduct, platform requirement, or harm. Where appropriate and legally required, MTG Softworks will provide notice and an opportunity to respond.

8. Data & Geopolitical Disclaimer

Game data is compiled and transformed for entertainment. It may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, disputed, or fictionalized. DOMINARCH™ does not provide live intelligence or professional advice. Map boundaries, country labels, flags, leaders, and scenarios do not express recognition, endorsement, or a political position by MTG Softworks or any data provider.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

Mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming digital content and liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected. Mandatory liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury is not excluded. Liability is determined under applicable law; no zero-liability rule arises merely because no payment was made in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law & Resolution

Mandatory protections in your country of residence and access to competent courts, consumer bodies and data-protection authorities remain available. Informal support resolution is optional, not a prerequisite to a claim or complaint except for mandatory legal procedures.

11. Changes, Severability & Entire Agreement

MTG Softworks may update these Terms prospectively for legal, security, platform, or product changes. Material revisions will be communicated reasonably and will not retroactively remove accrued mandatory rights. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum necessary; the rest remains effective. These Terms, the EULA, applicable store terms, and incorporated notices form the agreement governing your use.

Third-party and open-source components are governed by their own licenses. These restrictions do not narrow usage, modification or redistribution rights granted by those licenses. The Privacy Policy is an informational notice, not a contractual acceptance or consent clause. Material changes do not remove existing mandatory rights; separate acceptance must be obtained where required.
